Shipping policy

Wildleaf Botanics ships orders within New Zealand and overseas.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, with rural addresses potentially taking 1-3 business days longer.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We offer free shipping for orders over $180 including GST. Please check your delivery address carefully, as changes after dispatch may cause delays or additional charges.

We use tracked courier services where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at martin@formulas.nz with your order number and photos where relevant. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
